Karnah: Tangdhar witnessed a vibrant and inspiring celebration of International Women’s Day under the aegis of the Shakti Vijay Brigade, with events held at the Cultural Development Centre Tithwal, AGS Hajinar, Human Resource Development Centre Tangdhar, and Government Degree College Tangdhar.
The event aimed at empowering women through health awareness, education, and motivation. A comprehensive medical check-up was organized for women, ensuring their well-being, while Medical Officers Maj Varsha and Maj Kaveri led an insightful session on health and hygiene, providing crucial guidance for a healthier future.
Adding to the significance of the day, Lt Simran, AAG Legal, delivered an inspiring lecture, encouraging students to pursue their dreams with determination and resilience.
In a special recognition of academic excellence, meritorious students from Degree College Tangdhar and Government Girls Higher Secondary School Kandi were honored for their achievements, reinforcing the importance of education in shaping a brighter future.
