Jammu: Lt. Gen. MV Suchindra Kumar, Army Commander, Northern Command, along with the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of White Knight Corps, visited the Naushera and Sunderbani sectors to assess operational preparedness and security dynamics in the region.
During the visit, the Army Commander was briefed on the prevailing security situation and the operational readiness of troops stationed in these strategically significant areas. Given the sensitive nature of the Line of Control (LoC) and internal security challenges, the review was aimed at ensuring that the Indian Army remains fully prepared to counter any emerging threats.
Lt Gen Suchindra Kumar commended all ranks for their unwavering commitment, professionalism, and high standards of operational readiness. He urged troops to maintain the highest level of alertness and continue their dedicated service in safeguarding the nation.
