Karnah, Kupwara: Kafa Tasleem, a talented student of Army Goodwill School (AGS) Hajinar, has made the region proud by securing the first position in the Envelope Category (Below 18 Years) of the prestigious Dhai Akhar Letter Writing Campaign 2024–25.
In recognition of her exceptional writing skills, Kafa was awarded a cash prize of ₹25,000, presented by the Superintendent of Post Offices, Baramulla Division. The award ceremony was held with much enthusiasm, celebrating young talent and promoting the art of letter writing among youth.
Army Goodwill School Hajinar, functioning under the guidance and support of the Shakti Vijay Brigade, has been a hub of excellence in academics, co-curriculars, and sports. Speaking on the occasion, Principal Aftab Ahmad Khawaja said, “Our institution consistently produces talented authors, speakers, and national-level sportspersons. Last year, our student Shaista Ilyas brought laurels to the school by winning a gold medal in Taekwondo at the national level. AGS Hajinar continues to top in every field.”
The Shakti Vijay Brigade Commander of 104 Infantry Brigade extended heartfelt congratulations to all the achievers and appreciated the school’s commitment to nurturing excellence in every domain.
