Dhaka: Former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina arrived in India on Monday following her resignation amid severe anti-government protests in Bangladesh. Her flight landed at Hindon Airbase near Delhi at 5:36 pm, where she was greeted by India’s National Security Advisor Ajit Doval. During their meeting, Hasina discussed the ongoing crisis in Bangladesh and her plans moving forward. The Bangladesh Army Chief has announced that an interim government, supported by the military, will be established soon.
