Istanbul- The Spotlight has appointed Idial Edao Daya as its new Managing Editor for International affairs, a move that has been met with enthusiasm by the Media Organisation’s leadership. Idial Edao Daya is currently residing in Istanbul, Türkiye
Daya holds a BA in International Relations from Adnan Menderes University in Aydın, Turkey, where he graduated as an honorary student, securing the top position in the university’s Economics Faculty. Between 2021 and 2023, he was awarded an Erasmus scholarship and pursued studies at South-West University Neofit Rilski in Bulgaria. He later earned an MA in Management and Organization from Marmara University in Istanbul and is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in European Union Politics and International Relations at Kocaeli University.
With extensive experience in analyzing international affairs and political philosophy, Daya is expected to bring valuable insight to Spotlight International’s editorial team.
During an editorial meeting, the board expressed unanimous support for his appointment. Executive Editor Mir Ayaz shared his excitement, highlighting Daya’s expertise.
