Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Health & Medical Education Department has made Dr. Fazlul Qadir Parray, Head of the Department (HOD) General Surgery at SKIMS Soura, the new Principal of SKIMS Medical College and Hospital, Bemina.
With an illustrious background of surgical expertise, medical teaching, and administration, Dr. Parray will serve SKIMS Medical College for two years. The appointment is anticipated to usher in academic reforms, better healthcare delivery, and infrastructure upgradation for the college.
