Kupwara, Feb 10, 2025 – A 20-year-old student from Madrasa Shams-ul-Uloom Kupwara has gone missing, prompting the District Police Kupwara to seek public assistance in locating him.
According to an application submitted by the madrasa’s principal, the student, Faizan Ahmad Ahanger, son of Mohd Ramzan Ahanger from Putshai Lolab, went missing on February 9 and has not returned since.
Following the report, Police Post Bazaar Kupwara has officially registered the case and launched a search operation. Faizan is described as having a whitish complexion, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall, and was last seen wearing a Pheran and sports shoes.
