Tangdhar Karnah: Heavy snowfall and an Avalanche Warning Level 4 have severely impacted Sadhna Top, with five feet of snow recorded in the area, leading to extremely low visibility. Due to the high risk, Project Beacon has not yet commenced road clearance operations.
Additionally, a massive avalanche has struck Khooni Nallah, further complicating the situation. Officials have indicated that clearing the road will take considerable time due to the sheer volume of snow and hazardous conditions.
Authorities have stated that if the weather clears tomorrow and the avalanche warning is lifted, clearance work will begin. However, if the warning remains in effect, the operations will be further delayed to ensure safety.
