Kupwara: A heartfelt farewell party was organized today at Hotel City Park, Kupwara, to honor Mohammad Afzal Bhat, Assistant Livestock Officer (ALO) of the Sheep Husbandry Department, who is set to retire on the 28th of this month after years of dedicated service.

The event was attended by employees of the Sheep Husbandry Department from across the district, who gathered to celebrate and express their gratitude for Bhat’s contributions.

The function was presided over by Dr. Tanveer Ahmed Sofi, Technical Officer of the department. In his presidential address, Dr. Sofi lauded Bhat as an exemplary public servant who consistently achieved his targets within the stipulated time frame.
