J&K :Renowned NGO Angel’s Cultural Academy has been conferred the prestigious National Youth Excellence Award 2025 in the field of Art, Culture, and Social Service during the 3-Day National Youth Exchange Program cum National Youth Excellence Award Ceremony 2025, held at Jammu University on 20 August 2025.
The grand event was organized by the well-known NGO Live for Others – Being Helpful Foundation, and saw participation from outstanding youth leaders across the country. More than 15 awardees were selected from various states, recognizing their remarkable contributions in different fields.
From the Kashmir division, Dr. Tariq Ahmad Shera, Founder and President of Angel’s Cultural Academy, proudly received the award from Former DGP,J&K Shri S.P Vaid (IPS) & other prominent dignitaries. Known for his unwavering dedication to promoting cultural values and empowering the youth of Kashmir, Dr. Shera has created numerous opportunities for emerging artists and social activists through his organization.
Dr. Shera has previously been honored with several awards at both national and international levels, further establishing his reputation as a cultural ambassador and youth icon. His recognition at this event highlights the impactful work being done in the Kashmir Valley to preserve heritage and inspire the next generation.
The event not only celebrated achievements but also served as a platform for cultural exchange, dialogue, and youth empowerment.
