Lolab: Mushtaq Ahmad Mir assumed charge as the new Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) for Sogam on Saturday.
Prior to this appointment, Mir served as the ZEO of Vilgam.
Meanwhile, the Teachers Forum, led by Zonal President Bilal Masoodi, extended a warm welcome to the newly appointed ZEO of Sogam. The forum members expressed hope that Mir’s leadership would bring positive changes to the education sector in the zone.
Various sectors in Lolab have also welcomed the newly appointed officer and shared their expectations for progressive reforms in the education system.
