Karnah Kupwara: Army Goodwill School (AGS) Hajinar organized a picnic for students of Classes UKG to 6th at Zarla, Karnah, situated at the foothills of the snow-capped Shamasbari mountain range. Around 199 students and 37 staff members participated in the day-long event.
The scenic natural surroundings provided an ideal setting for recreational and learning activities. The programme included group games, fun activities, and interactive sessions, aimed at promoting teamwork, discipline, and confidence among the children.
School authorities highlighted that such outdoor events play a vital role in the holistic development of students, offering them relaxation, social bonding, and environmental awareness beyond classroom learning.
